I haven't written or done anything with this blog for awhile. Life just got a little to crazy and this fell to the bottom of the list. Dietr on the other hand has found the time to post some of his awesome pictures he has taken. I love that he has this hobby, because we always have great pictures! Anyway, HE is the one that has been posting and has been acting as though I am the one posting. SO when you see the comments of "Dietr's attempt at art", those are not MY words. Nor is the one, that I am really embarrassed about, were it says 'Debbie at the airport, isn't she HOT' I did not write that about myself! Though I thank my sweet hubby for the compliment! Anyway, I just wanted to clear that all up, because I am sure you were all worried about it!<br />I just have been contemplating life lately and have had a lot of thought on my faith. I feel at such peach to know that even though the world is in turmoil right now, that it will all work out. I have to admit that after the election I was really upset. I was really worried about our country and how morals seem to be thought of as an old fashioned ideal. I don't mean to offend anyone, but that is how I honestly feel. The country is not the righteous one it used to be years ago. But as I have been praying and studying and talking with my husband,I have just received an overall sense of peace. I've read the book and I know what happens in the end! I just gotta keep on keepin on, right? I look to the gospel and leaders of the church for direction. Not wall street or the politics all over the news. I tell ya what, I am not a stress case as I used to be. Don't get me wrong, I still tend to be a stress case! That's a whole different topic!
